Tasty spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and spices. My version of the Italian Aglio e Olio. The olive oil and garlic are perfect together, and the spices just warm up the party. Try the recipe and make your own version with your favorite spices.
Ingredients:
500 grams spaghetti
some olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic
basil
oregano
black pepper
red pepper
50 g cashews, ground
some fresh parsley
Cook the spaghetti the usual way. 15 minutes in boiling water.
Fry the garlic (diced) in the olive oil, until golden brown. Add the spices and mix well.
Pour the olive oil over the spaghetti.

Sprinkle with some cashews on top, instead of parmesan cheese.
