Cauliflower Soup


I couldn't believe that cauliflower can be so tasty in soup. This is healthy soup that will warm you in this cold weather.


Ingredients:
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • about 3 cups of water
  • parsley (dried)
  • salt
  • black pepper
Slice the cauliflower in medium sized pieces. Put the cauliflower in a pot and cover it with water. Add all the spices. Boil it until the cauliflower is soft. Remove the pot from the cooker. Add the semolina and return the pot to the cooker. Boil for 10 more minutes.
