If you don't like fried food, or you are in the middle of the Great Lent this is something tasty you can try. We eat potatoes often, but not cooked in this way.
Ingredients:
- 5 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) water
- some salt
In a bowl, put the sliced potatoes and onions, add the spices and mix everything well.
Put them in a baking pan, pour in the water.
Bake at 200 degrees C ( 400 F) for about 40 minutes.
