I don't like throwing bread away . Even when it's very old I take it to the balcony so the birds can eat it. This is a great recipe for when you have some bread that is a couple of days old, and, of course, for when you don't feel like making the pizza dough and still would like some pizza taste :)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cups milk
- 15 slices bread
- some salt and pepper
- 400 grams white cheese
- 100 grams yellow cheese
- one tomato
- 10-15 salami slices
- some dried oregano
Pour the milk into a bowl and dunk the bread, one slice at a time. Squeeze out the excess. Take the baking pan and place the bread, sprinkle with the olive oil, put some salt and pepper and cover it with the white cheese. Then add the tomato slices and the yellow cheese. Top with the salami slices and spice it with some oregano.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
