Rum Punch

Perfect for this holiday season. With rum, pineapple juice and cinnamon....who can resist this lovely combination of tastes?

You need:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups rum
  • 2/3 cups lemon juice

Bring water, sugar and cinnamon to a boil. then cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes. In a bowl stir together the sugar syrup, pineapple juice, rum and lemon juice.
You can add some ice when you serve it.
