Ingredients (for 3 glasses)
For the crust
- 50 grams biscuits (ground, pulse them in a food processor until ground)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
For the cheesecake filling:
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams sugar
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 100 grams milk chocolate (melted)
