Chocolate Chip Cookies

The first time I tried to make these cookies, the final result was one huge cookie over the baking paper. This time I got them right, and I don't know if that's a good thing because they are so delicious that you can't stop eating them. Chewy and soft. Perfect, in one word.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, soft
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate drops
  • some vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) . Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy and pale. Beat in the eggs, one by one.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and whisk until combined. Then fold in the chocolate drops.

Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, leaving place between the cookies. You can use two spoons if you don't have a scoop.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Cookies should remain soft inside.
