The fluffiest pancakes on earth. They are so good that I could have them every morning, literally. Topped with some maple syrup and butter, or with some jam, or honey. Anything you like.


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • some oil for frying


Mix the milk with the vinegar and let it rest for 5 minutes. Combine all the other ingredients and then add the milk.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cupfuls and cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Choose your favorite topping and enjoy :)
