This is a recipe I got from a friend who lives in Turkey. It's a delicious spicy bread and it's incredibly easy to make. You can add any spices you like. I change the spices each time I make it.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1/2 cup oil
- some rosemary
- oregano
- garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon. No kneading! Leave the batter for 30 minutes and mix it again with a wooden spoon and leave it again for 10 more minutes. You can decorate the bread with some seeds on top.
Pour it in a greased pan and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees C or 350 F.
