Cream Cheese Pork Chops

My all time favorite pork chops recipe. Creamy, cheesy and soft. And mashed potatoes with spring onions as a side dish...Absolutely perfect!!!


  • 4 pork rib chops
  • 100 grams  (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 5 pickles
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 50 grams  (1/4 cup) butter
  • 150 grams  ( 3/4 cup) cream cheese
  • 4 potatoes
  • 300 ml ( 1 1/2 cups) milk
  • some salt
  • some black pepper
  • some oil
Sprinkle the pork chops with some salt and pepper on both sides. Put the butter in a pan, and fry the chops in the pan until they are golden brown. Take them out of the pan.

Cream Cheese Pork Chops

Slice the garlic and add it to the pan where you fried the chops. Add 1/2 cup of water and the eggs cut in tiny pieces. Return the chops in the pan. Put a lid on and leave it like that for 10 minutes. At medium heat. Remove the lid and add the sour cream, the cream cheese and the pickles (cut in tiny pieces).

Prepare the potatoes as a side dish. Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Mash the potatoes and mix them with the milk. Add the spring onions cut in small pieces.

Serve the pork chops with some of the mashed potatoes and... expect everyone to be silent for the next 10 minutes (at least). It's yummy!
