Banana bread!

This is one of the recipes that turns out perfect every time I make it. It's soft, tasty and smells delicious. The banana gives the perfect softness to the bread and does not allow it to dry, so you can keep it in the fridge for a couple of days and it will remain tasty and soft. 

For this delicious banana dessert you need:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup milk plus little vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • some shredded apples (if you like)

You mix all the ingredients together, then you put the mixture in a greased bread pan.
You bake at 170 C for 1 hour.
